Can I cancel or amend my order once it is placed?

Please contact us if it's within 24 hrs of ordering, but in general, it's not possible to amend an order once it's placed.

Can I wash my Salt Robe?

The Salt Robe should only be washed when needed. You can shake off sand or mud and wipe the outer with a damp sponge - this will help maintain the waterproofing and help your robe last as long as possible. Please carefully follow the care instructions should you need to wash your Salt Robe.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged or faulty?

If the product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us straight away and ideally provide photos to show us the issue. We have a one year guarantee on our products as we believe in their quality.
