Salt Robe Care Instructions
Waterproof Dry Robe
General care
The Salt Robe should only be washed when needed. You can shake off sand or mud and wipe the outer with a damp sponge - this will help maintain the waterproofing and make your robe last as long as possible.
To wash
If needed, you can turn your robe inside out and handwash or wash on a cool (30 degrees or less), delicate wash setting. Do not use fabric conditioner. To reduce microplastics that can be shed during washing of all synthetic materials, we recommend washing your robe in a Guppyfriend Washing Bag.
To dry
Hang your robe to air dry outside. It is important not to expose it to heat sources.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
- Do no dry clean.
To restore the waterproofing
Over time and with numerous washes, you may find that your Salt Robe becomes less water resistant. You can restore the waterproof layer with an eco-friendly water repellent spray, such as Repel Well, NikWax or Renapur.

Waterproof Tote
Care instructions
